1. Who we are
0DTE CONFLUENCE LLC (“we,” “us”) operates the website 0dteconfluence.com and related alert services (Discord and optional SMS for paying subscribers).
2. Information we collect
- Payment: Stripe processes subscriptions. We receive your email and subscription status from Stripe: not your full card number.
- Discord: Your Discord username if you join our server (Discord’s privacy policy applies to Discord itself).
- SMS (optional premium tier): If you purchase the SMS + Discord plan and activate texts, we collect your mobile phone number and your written consent to receive alerts.
- Support email: Information you send when contacting [email protected].
- Analytics & cookies: We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (and Google Ads conversion tags) to understand site usage and measure marketing. These may set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed, device/browser, and approximate location. Non-essential analytics and advertising cookies load only after you accept them in our cookie banner (we use Google Consent Mode v2, defaulting to denied until you choose). You can reject on the banner, and reset your choice anytime by clearing your browser storage for this site.
3. Mobile phone numbers: we do not sell or share
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver SMS alerts you opted into for the 0DTE Confluence service. We share numbers only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) as necessary to send messages you requested — not for their marketing use.

4. SMS program details
- What you receive: Educational SPY 0DTE A+ and B setup alerts — A+ in the morning entry window (~9:45–11:10 ET), B in the morning SMS window only (~9:45–11:00 ET). Advisory only, not auto-trading or personalized investment advice.
- Frequency: Varies with market conditions; often zero to a few messages per trading day on days the market is open. Many days may have no SMS.
- Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Carrier fees are billed by your mobile carrier, not by us.
- Opt-in: Only after you purchase the SMS + Discord plan and complete the activation form on your checkout success page (mobile number + checked consent box). See SMS opt-in disclosure.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message, or email support. We remove you from the SMS list promptly.
- Help: Reply HELP or email [email protected].
5. How we use information
We use collected information to provide the subscription service, deliver alerts, respond to support requests, and maintain subscriber lists. We do not use your phone number for unrelated advertising.
6. Data retention
We retain subscriber and phone data while your SMS subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing/support records, unless you request deletion.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect subscriber data. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
8. Children
The service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Your privacy rights
You can ask us to access the personal data we hold about you, receive a copy of it, correct inaccuracies, or delete it. To make a request, email [email protected] from the address on your account; we verify the request and respond within a reasonable time. You can also unsubscribe from SMS at any time (reply STOP) or cancel your subscription via the Stripe customer portal.
Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply — for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA — including rights to object to or restrict certain processing and to complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us at the address above to exercise any of these.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
