How SMS opt-in works

1. Who can receive SMS

Only paying subscribers of the SMS Graded Alerts add-on ($19/month via Stripe on our website). There is no keyword (text-to-join) opt-in. We do not send marketing texts to non-subscribers.

2. Opt-in steps (website + written consent)

Discord ($49/mo) does not include SMS. Text alerts are a standalone add-on and never required to use Discord. Paying for SMS does not automatically enroll you in texts, and does not include Discord access.

On https://0dteconfluence.com/#sms-plan (SMS Graded Alerts add-on), the customer reads the SMS disclosure (frequency, rates, STOP/HELP, links to Terms and Privacy) and completes Stripe checkout.
After payment, the customer lands on our activation page (public preview · live page success-sms.html after verified checkout) and completes the SMS activation form — this is the explicit opt-in action. Discord is a separate product; connect it only if you also subscribe to Discord.

The checkbox is unchecked by default. Payment alone does not send any texts.

Mobile number (US)

Submitting the form verifies an active SMS-tier Stripe subscription and adds the number on our alert server.

We verify the Stripe subscription before activating SMS. We do not add numbers without the checked consent box and a verified subscription.

3. What subscribers receive

Educational SPY 0DTE A+ and B setup alerts — a short ping (Discord title + contract ref ask). Not the full Discord card. Not auto-trading, not personalized investment advice. Product page: 0dteconfluence.com/sms-alerts.

Hours (ET, cash session) — same as Discord

A+ (7–8/8)

9:45 AM through the cash close (usually 4:00 PM). Matches #alerts-a.

B (6/8)

9:45–11:30 AM and 3:00 PM–close. Quiet 11:30 AM–3:00 PM (no B texts). Matches #alerts-b.

Hours match Discord. Discord cards include a Timing line for the scanner lane clock (A+ auto is 9:45–11:10); texts stay title + ref ask. A+ can still fire after 11:10. The educational / not-advice disclosure is this page and the Terms — not repeated on every ping.

Frequency: Varies with market conditions; often zero to a few messages per trading day. Many days have no SMS. We don’t re-text the same rail for about ~15 minutes. Weekends and holidays: none.
Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Carrier fees are billed by the mobile carrier.

4. Opt-out and help

Billing cancel: Cancel the SMS Graded Alerts Stripe subscription via the Customer Portal — texts stop when the subscription ends.
Email: [email protected] to deactivate SMS or ask for help.

5. Privacy — mobile numbers

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are used only to deliver SMS alerts the subscriber opted into. We share numbers only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) as necessary to transmit messages. See our full Privacy Policy.
