Wall read: Solid, Neutral, Fragile
On every graded Discord alert you will see a Wall read line — e.g. Solid wall (15/100) — fade-friendly or Fragile wall (85/100) — break risk. That number is the Trapdoor Index: how trustworthy the rail looks right now. It is not a call vs put signal by itself.
The one-line rule
Solid favors a fade of that wall. Fragile favors a break of that wall. Neutral means the wall label alone is not an edge.
Side still comes from which rail plus fade vs break:
- Solid call wall (resistance) → fade with puts
- Solid put wall (support) → fade with calls
- Fragile call wall → breakout lean → calls
- Fragile put wall → breakdown lean → puts
So “is solid good for calls or puts?” — both, depending on whether you are at support or resistance.
The three buckets (0–100)

What goes into the score
The Trapdoor Index blends (as available): dealer risk (amplifying vs dampening), open-interest freshness at the strike, price stretch vs the fast average, and live options tape aggression. Missing inputs degrade gracefully — you may see “Not scored” when the rail cannot be graded that pass.
It is a confluence feather, not a trigger. You still need level + confirmed candle (+ flow for the full grade). See how graded alerts work and gamma walls.
How Discord uses it
- Fragile + fade/reclaim — Discord blocks the alert (wall about to break; don’t fade it).
- Fragile + break — may still post (break thesis).
- Solid / Neutral — shown as context on the embed; solid supports fade conviction.
Solid ↔ Neutral wobble at the same rail is noise — we do not re-ping Discord just because the score flipped 15 → 35. A jump into or out of fragile (≥70) is the material change.

- Spot tags a solid call wall, prints a rejection candle, tape agrees → classic put fade.
- Spot tags a solid put wall, prints a reclaim candle, tape agrees → classic call fade.
- Spot tags a fragile put wall — do not buy the bounce; wait for a break thesis (or stand down).
