Affiliate Program Agreement

By applying to or participating in the 0DTE Confluence Referral Partner Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate”) agree to these terms with 0DTE CONFLUENCE LLC (“Company”). If you do not agree, do not apply or promote our products as an affiliate.

1. Enrollment

You must submit an application and be accepted. We may approve, reject, or later re-evaluate any application at our discretion (including for brand-safety or compliance reasons). Acceptance does not create employment, partnership, or agency.

2. Commission

Unless we notify you otherwise in writing, Commission is $25 USD per new customer who (a) uses your unique tracked affiliate link or assigned promo code, and (b) completes a qualifying first paid purchase of any Company paid product or add-on (including Discord Alerts, Desk Bundle, Robinhood Pro, SMS, Rails, Tape, API, and White-Glove Setup). One commission per new customer. Commissions are not owed on refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, or self-referred purchases.

3. Payment timing

We pay approved Commissions within 45 days after receipt of the subscriber’s qualifying membership payment, subject to a reasonable hold for refunds. Payment method (PayPal, Wise, or other) will be confirmed when tracking is issued. You are responsible for any taxes on Commissions; we may require a W-9 / W-8BEN before payout.

4. Tracking

You earn Commissions only on sales we can attribute to your link or code during the cookie / attribution window we configure in our tracking provider. Untagged sales, coupon-site abuse, or brand-bid violations may be unpaid. Do not use coupon or deal sites as your primary channel without written approval.

5. Promotional rules

• Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly (FTC endorsement guides).
• Do not claim guaranteed profits, win rates, or that Company auto-trades or manages money.
• Do not bid on our brand terms in paid search without written permission.
• Do not spam, spoof, or misrepresent yourself as 0DTE Confluence staff.
• Promotions must be consistent with our public disclaimer: educational / advisory only — not investment advice.

6. Term & termination

Either party may end participation at any time. Upon termination, unpaid Commissions on non-canceled qualifying orders remain payable per Section 3; we may withhold a reasonable period to reconcile refunds. We may terminate immediately for material breach of Section 5.

7. Independent contractor

You are an independent contractor. You have no authority to bind Company or make offers on our behalf. Nothing here creates a joint venture, franchise, or employment relationship.

8. Limitation

Program materials and our products are provided for educational market-structure purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company’s liability under this Agreement is limited to unpaid Commissions actually owed. This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to Company’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes

We may update commission amounts, attribution windows, or these terms with notice via email or the affiliate page. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance.
